Family Time

We had a great visit with my sister Natalie, although it went by far too fast, we had such an awesome time. Here's a run down of our fun, busy weekend...

Friday we hiked the Hieroglyphic Trail as you can see below. There was some much needed, quality sister time, spent on that trail. We got our nails did and hung out in the Jacuzzi in the nice 80 degree weather.

Saturday was packed, we started the morning at Noah's last soccer game of the season, then we enjoyed the nice warm weather, got a lot of sun and were able to watch a little baseball at the Dbacks game. We ended the afternoon at the Indian Art Fair at the Heard Museum where we were able to get in our Frybread fix. That evening we went out to our local Brewery, Four Peaks, enjoyed lots of laughs and some yummy Peach Ale.

Sunday we took a quick day trip up North. Sonny and Jessie made their famous Pazole/ Hopi Hominy, it was delicious. Gabe was even able to sneak in a round of golf with the guys, while we took a trip to Jerome and the ruins of Tuzigoot. The weather was overcast and it even sprinkled a little, but it brought in beautiful clouds that lit up with sky giving us a nice colorful Arizona sunset.

We all enjoyed having her here, especially Noah. I'm so glad she was able to meet everyone and of course so thankful to everyone for making her feel so welcomed! We miss her already and look forward to her next visit here, hopefully she took back some warm weather with her.

I Love you Natalie!
